* Vendors Set up: Monday, May 11th, from 1 pm to 5 pm, and Tuesday, May 12th, from 7 am -8 am.

* Vendors not set up by 8 am on the 12th will not be allowed to set up.

* No unpackaged food allowed at vendors’ tables, Health Code violation.

* Safety hazard – Tents or canopies are prohibited in the ballroom.

* Vendor tables will not be assigned. First come, first to select their table location.
